Being associated with Govt. of Odisha supported & BAIF implemented ILD Programme has given him access to improved practices, animal health & breeding services.  Baidhara is resource conscious enabling efficient use & adding value along the dairy chain. 
With growing demand for value added dairy products like cottage cheese & milk-based deserts, Baidhara keeps a portion of produce after selling milk for making by-products. The venture is successful, regularly supplying to households, hotels & sweet shops. He has successfully established his own supply channel and doesn’t have to depend on middlemen / traders for selling the produce.
